Big thanks to everyone who helped me celebrate the launch of Secrets at Selwyn Castle yesterday! Missed the party? No worries! You can watch a video conversation with me and two other Dragonblade authors here. (I’m the awkward one!) If videos aren’t your thing, Dragonblade also posted a written interview with me here. (I’m much less awkward in writing!)

If you’re a new follower of the blog, welcome! Most of the posts here fall into one of three categories: news about my projects and upcoming releases; tips on writing and querying; or information about life in Regency Britain.

Speaking about publishing news, I do have updates! As you probably know, the first book of the Beau Monde Secrets quartets is free on Kindle Unlimited, which means the ebook is only on Amazon, but you can buy the paperback at other online sellers.

Book cover shows a thatch-roofed cottage in the background. In the foreground, a dark-haired white man stands behind a blonde-haired white woman, embracing her. The woman’s eyes are closed and she rests her head against the man’s chest. Both figures wear Regency clothing, though the man does not have a topcoat on over his shirt and waistcoat. Dogwood flowers ornament the right-hand margin, next the vertically-arranged word “Dragonblade.” The title of the book is “Discovery at Dogwood Cottage” and the author’s name is “Anne Rollins.”

What’s next? I’m so glad you asked! Up next we have Discovery at Dogwood Cottage, a closed-door marriage of convenience novel involving two childhood friends, George Kirkland and Arabella Canning. (Arabella is the “shy Miss Canning” who appears briefly in Selwyn Castle). It releases on November 21. The digital version is up for preorder now; the paperback version probably won’t be available until much closer to the release date.

P.S. The third and fourth books center on leads related to either Ivy or Richard, so there are more cameos from Selwyn Castle characters.
